These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the Campo Lisio website (hereinafter the “Site”) to any consumer or professional customer (hereinafter the “Customer”), relating to food products and/or accessories offered for sale online.
The T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the distance selling of products offered on the Site.
Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Site offers two categories of products:

Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Customer acknowledges having read the T&Cs before confirming their order.
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the “Our Products” page.
However, minor variations (labelling, packaging, vintage, colour, appearance) may exist, particularly for artisanal or food products, without affecting the product’s conformity.
Offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Prices displayed on the Site are expressed:
👉 All prices are displayed excluding taxes (VAT). Applicable taxes are calculated and added during the order process, in accordance with current regulations and the delivery country.
Prices may be changed at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs, applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees (depending on the delivery country) are indicated before the final order confirmation and remain the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
The Customer places an order on the Site following the provided process (cart, details, delivery, payment).
Orders are accepted within the limits of available stock.
A confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:

Transactions are secured through the payment providers selected by the Site.
Products are delivered to the areas indicated on the Site at the time of ordering.
9. Receipt and Claims
The Customer must check the condition of the package and products upon receipt and report any anomaly.
👉 Any anomaly (missing, damaged or non-conforming product) must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, by email to: campolisio.it@gmail.com.
Any claim made after this deadline cannot be considered.
10. Returns – Damaged products
In the event of a damaged, non-conforming product or preparation error, the Customer must contact campolisio.it@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing:

In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, the consumer Customer may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to exceptions.
Due to the food nature of the products: no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Warranties apply only within the legal framework and do not cover:

All Site content (texts, photos, logos, brands, design, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights, exclusively belonging to Campo Lisio and/or Real Salento, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is prohibited.
15.Modification of T&Cs
The seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the date of the order.
