1.\u2060 \u2060Purpose<\/h4>

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the Campo Lisio website (hereinafter the “Site”) to any consumer or professional customer (hereinafter the “Customer”), relating to food products and\/or accessories offered for sale online.
The T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the distance selling of products offered on the Site.
Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.<\/p>

2.\u2060 \u2060Seller Identification \u2013 Campo Lisio Products and Resold Products<\/h4>

The Site offers two categories of products:<\/p>

2.1 Products from the Campo Lisio agricultural estate (Producer)<\/h5>

Campo Lisio is the producer and seller of the following products (non-exhaustive list):<\/p>

  • Contrada \u2013 Olive oil<\/li>
  • Contrada \u2013 Chili oil<\/li>
  • Primofiore \u2013 Olive oil<\/li>
  • Picantissimo<\/li>
  • Salsamara<\/li>
  • Chili powder<\/li><\/ul>

    These products are sold under the Campo Lisio brand, as producer.<\/p>

    2.2 Resold products (Resellers and partner distributors)<\/h5>

    The Site also offers products that are not manufactured by Campo Lisio, but are sold as resold products through the following entities:<\/p>

    • Real Salento (distributor\/reseller)<\/li>
    • Real Salento USA LLC (distributor\/reseller)<\/li><\/ul>

      These distributors and resellers market:<\/p>

      • Campo Lisio products (as distributors\/resellers),<\/li>
      • as well as other third-party branded products.<\/li><\/ul>

        Non-exhaustive product list:<\/p>

        • Delicato \u2013 Olive oil<\/li>
        • Chili oil<\/li>
        • Artichokes in oil<\/li>
        • Sun-dried tomatoes with capers<\/li>
        • Roasted peppers<\/li>
        • Olive paste<\/li>
        • Olives Leccine in brine<\/li>
        • Sun-dried tomatoes with capers<\/li>
        • Cherry tomato sauce<\/li><\/ul>

          3.\u2060 \u2060Acceptance of T&Cs<\/h5>

          Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
          The Customer acknowledges having read the T&Cs before confirming their order.<\/p>

          4.\u2060 \u2060Products<\/h5>

          The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the “Our Products” page.<\/p>

          However, minor variations (labelling, packaging, vintage, colour, appearance) may exist, particularly for artisanal or food products, without affecting the product’s conformity.<\/p>

          Offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. <\/p>

          5.\u2060 \u2060Prices<\/h5>

          Prices displayed on the Site are expressed:<\/p>

          • in euros (\u20ac)<\/strong> for sales to Europ<\/li>
          • in US dollars ($) for sales to the United States<\/li><\/ul>

            \ud83d\udc49 All prices are displayed excluding taxes (VAT). Applicable taxes are calculated and added during the order process, in accordance with current regulations and the delivery country. <\/p>

            Prices may be changed at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.<\/p>

            Shipping costs, applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees (depending on the delivery country) are indicated before the final order confirmation and remain the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

            6.\u2060 \u2060Orders<\/h5>

            The Customer places an order on the Site following the provided process (cart, details, delivery, payment).
            Orders are accepted within the limits of available stock.<\/p>

            A confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.<\/p>

            The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:<\/p>

            • a prior dispute,<\/li>
            • suspicion of fraud,<\/li>
            • inconsistent delivery address,<\/li>
            • abnormal or bad-faith order.<\/li><\/ul>
              7.\u2060 \u2060Payment<\/h5>

              Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.<\/p>

              Accepted payment methods:<\/p>

              • Credit\/debit card<\/li>
              • PayPal<\/li>
              • Equivalent payment solutions (Stripe or similar)<\/li><\/ul>

                No instalment payment option is available.<\/p>

                Transactions are secured through the payment providers selected by the Site.<\/p>

                8.\u2060 \u2060Delivery<\/h5>
                8.1 Delivery zones<\/h5>

                Products are delivered to the areas indicated on the Site at the time of ordering.<\/p>

                • Europe: via Real Salento<\/li>
                • United States: via Real Salento USA<\/li><\/ul>
                  8.2 Timeframes<\/h5>
                  • Average delivery time for Europe: approximately 3 week<\/li>
                  • Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions.<\/li><\/ul>
                    8.3 Carriers<\/h5>
                    • DHL<\/li>
                    • Fedex<\/li><\/ul>

                      9. Receipt and Claims
                      The Customer must check the condition of the package and products upon receipt and report any anomaly.<\/p>

                      \ud83d\udc49 Any anomaly (missing, damaged or non-conforming product) must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, by email to: campolisio.it@gmail.com.<\/p>

                      Any claim made after this deadline cannot be considered.
                      10.\u2060 \u2060Returns \u2013 Damaged products
                      In the event of a damaged, non-conforming product or preparation error, the Customer must contact campolisio.it@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing:<\/p>

                      • photos of the parcel<\/li>
                      • photos of the product<\/li>
                      • order number<\/li><\/ul>

                        Following review, a solution may be proposed:<\/p>

                        • replacement<\/li>
                        • refund<\/li>
                        • store credit<\/li><\/ul>

                          Depending on the case and the seller concerned.<\/p>

                          11. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)<\/h4>

                          11.1 Principle<\/h5>

                          In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, the consumer Customer may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to exceptions.<\/p>

                          11.2 Exceptions (food products)<\/h5>

                          Due to the food nature of the products: no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.<\/p>

                          12. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h4>
                          • For sales in Europe: French law applies<\/li>
                          • For sales in the United States: the law of the State of Nevada applies<\/li><\/ul>

                            In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.<\/p>

                            Warranties apply only within the legal framework and do not cover:<\/p>

                            • improper storage<\/li>
                            • abnormal use<\/li>
                            • natural wear and tear<\/li>
                            • damage occuring after receipt<\/li><\/ul>

                              13. Liability<\/h4>

                              The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase or use of products.<\/p>

                              The seller’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of:<\/p>

                              • improper storage of products<\/li>
                              • non-compliant use<\/li>
                              • inappropriate consumption by the customer<\/li>
                              • non-performance attributable to the Customer<\/li>
                              • force majeure<\/li>
                              • Site interruption or technical malfunction beyond the seller’s control<\/li><\/ul>

                                14.\u2060 \u2060Intellectual Property<\/h4>

                                All Site content (texts, photos, logos, brands, design, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights, exclusively belonging to Campo Lisio and\/or Real Salento, unless otherwise stated.
                                Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is prohibited.
                                15.\u2060Modification of T&Cs
                                The seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
